Francis Sande
As a technical partner in this joint venture, Francis Sande will bring essential expertise in carbon management, sustainability, and climate change resilience. With a background in Civil Engineering and experience in low-carbon development and climate-resilient WASH infrastructure, Francis's contributions will be useful in positioning our joint venture as a leader in providing sustainable solutions. Specifically, Francis Sande will lead carbon footprint assessments using IPCC and ISO 14064 approaches. He will develop training and MRV frameworks aligned with voluntary carbon market requirements. Francis will identify and structure carbon offset projects for registration under standards like Verra. He will engage
clients in developing emission reduction strategies through data-driven planning and advocating for carbon finance readiness among small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
